Refund & Cancellation Policy (English)
1. Digital Products
All courses and digital content provided by Rovira Classes are non-refundable once access is granted.
2. Duplicate / Failed Payments
If a user is charged multiple times or payment fails due to technical reasons, the excess amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days.
3. Technical Issues
In case of access or technical issues, our support team will provide assistance instead of a refund.
4. Refund Mode
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
रिफंड एवं रद्दीकरण नीति (Hindi)
1. डिजिटल उत्पाद
एक बार कोर्स एक्सेस मिलने के बाद रिफंड नहीं दिया जाएगा।
2. दोहरा भुगतान
तकनीकी कारणों से अतिरिक्त भुगतान होने पर 7–10 कार्यदिवस में रिफंड किया जाएगा।
3. तकनीकी सहायता
तकनीकी समस्या की स्थिति में सहायता प्रदान की जाएगी।
4. रिफंड मोड
प्रमाणित रिफंड लेन देन के वास्तविक तरीके से दिया जाएगा ।
